A KEY commercial and development site at Downham is on the market for £1.6 million.
The 4.23 acres in Bridge Road are owned by tractor dealers Thurlow Nunn Standen and include around 18,000 sq ft of showrooms and workshops. There is the option of splitting the site.

The tractor firm has amalgamated its Downham operation with its Ely premises in a new HQ at Littleport which opened in January.
