A GROUP of companies based in West Norfolk have combined their skills as part of a new concept offering local new companies a quick and professional way to be ready to trade in just 31 days.
So a person just setting up their business can concentrate on their product or service, leaving the creation of all the essentials to experienced, reliable professionals, reducing risk and frustration, saving time and money and giving them a greater chance of success.

Business in a Box, besides its high quality, right-first-time start-up essentials, provides new business owners with an immediate circle of support.

Based on the networking principle, but without early-start breakfasts and high joining fees, local companies provide start-ups with the encouragement and advice which is so important during the early days of working for yourself.

By having "business buddies" the loneliness sometimes experienced during the setting-up phase is reduced and there is always a ready sounding board available in whatever area is causing concern, confusion or downright frustration.

Based around a core package of copywriting, web design, web hosting, logo and stationery design, Business in a Box clients are also provided with professional and personal support from a local bank, a local accountant, a Gaywood stationery and furniture company and many more.

Hunstanton-based Maxine Thorne, managing director of The Links Communication Consultancy, researched and interviewed several local companies in each service category to make sure that Business in a Box standards for professional ability and excellent customer care would be met.

Business in a Box affiliates were invited to take part only if their own standards were already very high, but also for the all-important personal willingness to encourage and support new business people in the area.

"Having the professional ability to provide advice or a service, plus the enthusiasm to encourage new businesses and get them trading, is what Business in a Box is all about. Quality, reliability, creativity and an immediate circle of advisors – this is exactly what you need when you start up and this is what Business in a Box provides – all in 31 days," said Maxine.
