CRAZY costumes, giant colourful inflatables and action-packed water games ensured the tenth annual Lynn Lions Club family fun day was a huge success.
The highlight of the event in The Walks on Sunday saw 12 teams from businesses across the Lynn area, including Images Hair and Beauty, the Lynn News and Adrian Flux, going head-to-head in the authentic Graham Fishers' It's A Knockout, based on the immensely-popular television show.

The teams competed in ten fun-filled games which saw competitors soaked to their skins in pursuit of the winning trophy and a £1,000 donation to the charity of their choice.

The winning team came from The Lord Napier pub, in Lynn, who dressed as maids for the day and have donated their money to the First Responders charity.

The competition was a new addition to the annual fundraiser, which also featured children's entertainment from Tommy and Tilly Turnip, a funfair, refreshments and a vast selection of charity and trade stalls.

Peter Dixon, chairman of the organising committee, said: "The 12 teams competing made the day a huge success. There were lots of people in the crowd and the weather really helped us. We are very pleased with how the event went and we are very grateful for the support of stalls on the day and the public who attended."
