HOMES could replace a redundant double-glazing concern in Terrington St Clement.
Plans envisage a cul-de-sac of eight houses with garages/carports on the site of the King William Works in Churchgate, formerly a vegetable processing works and last occupied by Economy Windows.

Terrington St Clement Parish Council has voiced concerns about the intensity of the development but a report to be considered by the West Norfolk Council's development control board on Monday says it is slightly below guidelines for rural locations.

The removal of a commercial use close to a conservation area and numerous homes is seen as improving residential amenity and approval of the plan is recommended.
