PUPILS from Tilney All Saints Primary School enjoyed a tasty meal and learned all about the world of sandwiches on a visit to Lynn's Subway store.
Just under 20 pupils from the Seal class, all aged eight and nine, visited the Norfolk Street shop earlier this month as part of a design and technology project.

Class teacher Mrs Sophie Thurgood said the children enjoyed a free lunch and learned about a number of topics, including health and safety and nutrition, while watching the sandwiches being prepared.

She added: "The week before the children went on a trip to Denver Windmill to see how flour is made and the visit built on their knowledge."

Her thanks went out to the staff at Subway who helped make the visit such a great success.
