School – The Parent Teacher Association held a Christmas fair in the village hall, raising £450 to finance the Christmas party and pantomime trip. There was a cake stall, refreshments, a raffle, craft activities to amuse the children and also a visit from Santa and his elf.

Over 60s – Wormegay and Tottenhill Over 60’s Club’s meeting in the Village Hall featured a demonstration of card making by Natalie of Sprinkle Twinkle. All members took part and each made their own Christmas card. Doreen Chapman collected subscriptions and also introduced the speaker. Valerie Southgate ran the raffle and winners were Molly Mott, Doreen Pilgrim, Joy Hallam, Sylvia Hulls, Lou Woodbine, Rita Guymer, Maggie Staples, Mick Bentley, Mary Bentley, Lillian Gore, Beryl Robinson and Natalie Pilgrim. Birthday gifts were given to Bronwen Fisher, Mary Bentley and Margot Taylor.

Sunshine Club – Members and friends enjoyed a Christmas dinner at the Woolpack. A free raffle ticket was given to each member. Tickets were drawn by non-members D. Bunkall, M.- Bush and Fay and winners were J. Miller (£20), V. Reynolds (£115) and J. Prueden (£10).

Bingo – The sum of £122 was raised for the Sunshine Club by a bingo session in the Memorial Hall. Members of the club provided prizes, caller was D. Bunkall and helpers were T. Chilvers, D. Wright, B Kent and R. Storf. The club draw was also held in the hall. Numbers were drawn by Monica Freeman and winners each receiving £10 were Debbie Murrell, Mick Garlick, Mark Bowles, Louis Addiss and Marie Peel.
