Appalled by attack on cat
I WAS appalled to read of the attack on the pet cat. I have just lost my pet cat by natural causes and I know how upsetting this can be. I feel so sorry for the young lad who had to go through the trauma. I do not think the person was punished enough. They should have been given a bigger punishment, our laws don't add up.
This is just like a slap on the wrist, it doesn’t discourage them from doing it again.
