Left hand, what is the Right hand doing? I don’t know! What are they doing?

Minister Eric Pickles tells a council on the coast to re-introduce weekly black bin collections , What does West Norfolk Council do, they change to two weekly collections.

I do not mind a bigger bin, but why the hell don’t they make their minds up, instead of wasting money, left and right.

So what chance have we got to sort out the incinerator?
