Some recognisable faces?

Hunstanton resident Peter Kavanagh sent these two pictures into Look Back in the hope Lynn News readers might recognise some of the faces.

The first, below, shows a 19th-century themed float in the Snettisham Carnival in the mid 1950s.

He believes the other photo, shows a party at Snettisham Primary School to celebrate the Queen's Coronation in 1953.

Mr Kavanagh, of Lynn Road, is pictured in the circle at the front of the picture.

Anyone who can put names to faces can contact the Lynn News on 01553 817324 or write to Look back, Lynn News, Limes House, Purfleet Street, King's Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 1HL or leave your comments below.

If you have a picture that brings back memories, even one taken as recently as the '70s' or '80s, send it to Look back, Lynn News, Limes House, Purfleet Street, Lynn, PE30 1HL.

You could win 5.
