HUNSTANTON-BASED theatre company the Lavender Hill Mob had a Hollywood star in their midst during their latest production.
For pint-sized actor Warwick Davis, famous for his roles in Willow, Return of the Jedi and the Harry Potter films, came to see the show with his family.
The mob staged Robin Hood at the Princess Theatre in April.
The Deputy Mayor and Mayoress of West Norfolk, Bill and Shirley Daws, attended on the last night, as did Warwick Davis.
Later they all went on stage to be photographed with the cast.
Davis – who stands three feet, six inches tall – took the title role in Willow while other prominent roles include Wicket W. Warrick in Return of the Jedi and Professor Filius Flitwick in the Harry Potter movies.
He thoroughly enjoyed the show said company publicity officer Sandra Hohol.
"He wrote 'absolute magic' in my programme," said Mrs Hohol. The actor – who had been invited to attend – also signed autographs.
The theatre company, founded in 2001, is run voluntarily and welcomes everyone from four upwards, no matter what ability or disability they have.
Robin Hood had a cast of over 40 and proceeds go into the mob's funds.
