Students from Lynn's College of West Anglia are promising a show to remember when they take part in an annual dance extravaganza next week.
More than 100 dancers, including guest performers, will perform an exciting array of jazz, ballet, contemporary and tap dance when Dance Fusion is unveiled at Lynn's Corn Exchange on Wednesday and Thursday night.

This year's programme unusually features several songs, too, as college newcomers are also being given the chance to show off their strong singing talents.

The show is made up of a mixture of dance pieces created by tutors and students studying the first and second year national diploma dance course, and A-level dance, and the college's first year diploma actors are also taking part.

There will also be guest dancers from Heather Millan's School of Dance and Performing Arts in Norwich, Lynn's LA Fitness under the guidance of Libby Day and dancers taught by former college students Emily Harper and Carla Keane.

Miss Harper teaches GCSE dance at Wayland College and Miss Keane teaches students at her own school in Attleborough.

Jemma King, who is a first year on the college's national diploma dance course, is really looking forward to the show. "We're full of determination," she said. "It's been really hard work, but it'll be worth it in the end."

The show starts on both evenings at 7.30pm. Tickets, costing £6.50 (£5.50 concessions), are available from the Corn Exchange box office on 01553 764864.
