Hunstanton library will be awash with colour and creation next week when a local art group hosts its second annual exhibition.
Around 30 members of Hunstanton Art Group will be showing off their talents when the five-day event is unveiled at the library on Monday.

Their paintings cover all manner of subjects, from landscapes and still life to animals and portraits, and are in a range of mediums including watercolour, oil, pastel and pencil.

The exhibition runs until next Friday, and will be open to visitors during the library's opening hours, which are 10am to 5pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 10am to 1pm on Thursday and 10am to 7pm on Friday.

Member Pat Waters said the group has artists of all abilities and ages, with the oldest being in their 80s, and many have held exhibitions of their own.

She also said new members are welcome to join the group which meets every Wednesday at Hunstanton's St Edmunds Church Hall between 9am and noon. It costs £2 a session to cover the cost of hiring the hall.

For more information on joining the group contact Mrs Waters on 01485 532245 or pop along to any of their meetings.
