FAKENHAM'S new £2.5 million business park has been unveiled by its Yorkshire-based developers.
The first phase of Wyman's business estate, off Wymans Way, is due to be completed in July.

It consists of a terrace of units covering 15,500 sq ft with one already pre-let to Howdens Joinery.

The scheme will eventually provide up to 27,000 sq ft of light industrial and warehouse space.

The developer, Waverley Properties, of Boston Spa in Yorkshire, bought the 1.67 acre site from North Norfolk Council and is investing £2.5 million in the project.

Roche chartered surveyors, of Norwich, have been appointed as letting and sellig agents and are currently marketing the units to more tenants and purchasers.
