FAKENHAM Museum of Gas and Local History will again be taking part in the annual Heritage Open Days which are celebrated right round the country.
The museum on Hempton Road will open its gates from Friday to Sunday, between 10.30am and 3.30pm.

A series of heritage walks will be offered, leaving daily at 10.30am and 2.30pm, to look at the distinctive histories of both Hempton and Fakenham, and on the Friday evening at 7.30pm members of the Local History Society will host one of the group's popular Old Picture shows at Fakenham College Conference Hall.

Admission is £5 by ticket only, available from Fakenham Heel Bar on Oak Street.

More specific details about the three-day event are available from curator Mike Bridges on 01328 863507.
