The wider Non-League football scene has been quick to congratulate the Linnets on their promotion, as seen on the forum of the

Mid Devon
Location: Mid Devon It's good to see King's Lynn finally make the move up to Conference football, well done to them, perhaps the last of the big clubs to leave the Southern Premier.
Lynn are the first team to finish a level 3 Southern league season on an average gate exceeding four figures, but more concerning, was that not a single other team had a four figure league gate all season.
With Lynn leaving, could average gates plummet to below 300 next season? I think they could.
Phil of Bath Bath City offer warmest congratulations to King's Lynn.
We have built up quite a friendship over the last few years (I was getting score updates from Merthyr by text at Bishop's Stortford, and they helped to lift the disappointment at City not making the play-offs) and we are very pleased to see them succeed.

Location: Poole Going back to the original subject – I would also like to congratulate King's Lynn – another of the Southern League "old stagers" proceeding upwards.

Location: Halesowen Firstly, I would like to offer my congratulations to King's Lynn as well.
I would argue that Halesowen have been the strongest side in the league since Morell Maison took over (but then I would) but over the course of the entire season you can't argue that King's Lynn have deserved it.
As has been said elsewhere they also have the fanbase to be a force at higher levels as well.
GloucesterSimon
Location: The Mighty City of Gloucester Well done to King's Lynn. A fantastic achievement.
Also congrats on the 300-plus away support you brought to ours, you're a massive club and deserve all the success that'll come your way.
And closer to home...
