Reader Samantha Easthall has emailed above a photo of an alleged fish barbecue, among rubbish at the Middle Level, Crooked Chimney that anglers are leaving behind.
On the wider issue of fish abuse (see recent Lynn News editions) the advice, as previously published by us, is to ring the Environment Agency incident hotline: 0800 807060 (freephone 24 hour).

The National Association of Fisheries and Angling Consultatives (NAFAC) have recently carried out a membership survey regarding fish theft, which indicates that the problem is more widespread than previously thought.

As a result, and in order to give everyone the opportunity to comment, the survey questionnaire is now being made publicly available to anglers and clubs.

To download a copy of the questionnaire, log on to the website: nafac.co.uk/nafacnews/

Email picture evidence to: secretary@nafac.co.uk

Contact NAFAC tel/fax: 0121 454 2886 (office hours only).
