I am writing to Fanzone on behalf of a fellow Linnets fan.
He says he is puzzled and even irritated by the fact that one of the lights at the Seven Sisters end on the stand opposite the grandstand has not worked for weeks.

Can someone either put it right, replace the bulb etc or explain why it is not working.

Please do this, if only to stop him complaining.

In the meantime, on a more important subject, can I be among the first to wish the Linnets the best of luck at Cambridge United.

Their centre forward looks useful from what we saw of him in the FA Cup highlights at the weekend.

But I think if we play to our best form, we have every chance of causing a bit of an upset – especially with the team cheered on by hundreds of Linnets fans.

WALKS MAN

In reference to the article via Mr Smith, re: Fish stealing.

I am very aware that not all migrant workers steal fish.

They should not all be tarnished with one big brush. English anglers steal fish. One rule for all should apply!

Some predator anglers have been taking fish from rivers to use elsewhere as live/dead baits for many years, from whatever rivers are easy to catch such.

Cruelty? As well as breaking club and EA by-laws, and taking pike and zander for the plate.

Zander is noted as a culinary delicacy. Shouldn't this also be debated?

There are good and bad in all races, and equally deplorable in my opinion.
