ON BEHALF of the residents of 52, 50 and 48 Nursery Lane, South Wootton, may I express our sincere thanks for publishing the information on our water problem, one we have been having for some ten years. Whether this resolves the problem remains to be seen!
It does seem rather odd that highways, the parish council, Gaywood Internal Drainage Board, environmental health and the Lynn Drainage Consortium are unable to resolve this, bearing in mind South Wootton Parish Council haws a budget of £100,000 and some 16 councillors and staff.

But again, many, many thanks for all your help so freely and speedily given.

PETER FRENCH, 52 Nursery Lane, South Wootton
