I cannot even park in my street

With all the controversy about the new parking regulations in Lynn and elsewhere in West Norfolk, the situation here in Hunstanton is just diabolical.
I live in the middle of the town, and on my insurance policy, where it says where do you keep your car, I put, outside my flat, but this is no longer possible, as when I come home from work, I cannot even get it in the same street.

We used to be able to park in the grounds of the council offices at night time, but now the authorities have put pay-and-display there with a £1 fee to pay, even at night, from 6pm to 8am.

I pay my council tax, and my car tax, but now I have nowhere to park.

Now even the fishermen on the promenade have to pay £1 in the evenings, just to enjoy a spot of fishing. One of the car parks or a street in the town should be made free parking for the people who, like myself, live in a flat or house with no parking access.
