At a time when everyone is using the "green" word, I am amazed to discover that the traffic lights on the Hardwick roundabout in Lynn are on 24/7.
With so many lights this must have a considerable cost in energy not to mention pollution with vehicles stopped with their engines running while watching an empty roundabout.
How about getting the council to use some common sense on this issue and perhaps save some money.
