Thank you for your splendid coverage of the St George's Day celebrations in Downham in the Lynn News.
The town mayor, John Doyle, deputy Mayor, John Leach, the Chamber of Trade, the choirs of Clackclose and HIllcrest schools and the businesses in the town who supported this event certainly were impressive to say the least! As a "comer-in" to this area (although 27 years ago!) it was great to see such spontaneity, which was quite often displayed in West Yorkshire on such occasions. Well done to all concerned.
