DO we cater too much for that age group which uses pubs, late bars and night clubs in Lynn?
And do we really need another premise? Haven't we seen a big increase in late-night anti-social behaviour? Those magistrates who grant permission and licences are so removed from reality and late-night Lynn. Or am I missing the point. Is it jobs, area enhancement, leisure facilities or non-earning building revenue?

We need to do something with the building (formerly Lynn's main post office in Baxters Plain) but not (God forbid) at a cost to the council... so that rules out anything to do with the community.
