Ten weeks on from the introduction of car parking charges for disabled people watch them park outside supermarket doors to complete their shopping.
Later they hobble from nearby streets on sticks and crutches past empty parking bays in the nearby car parks for their weekly swim at the council-run pools.

This shows the difference in attitude between supermarket management and those who run our council.

How much revenue will their idea bring in this year?

Perhaps next year they will try coin slots for children to use swings in the parks to cover this year's shortfall!
