QUILTERS learning their craft have created a masterpiece for a one-day exhibition which is being raffled to raise cash for the Lynn News Hunstanton Lifeboat Appeal.
The Kushnz N Kwiltz ladies produced individual panels for the colourful piece, which was due to be displayed at the group's exhibition at Hunstanton's Town Hall.

Raffle tickets were to be sold at £1 each to raise money for the £125,000 appeal, which is currently just £19,000 away from the target.

The contributors are among those who attend patchwork classes run by Angela Pickering at Kushnz N Kwiltz who said she was delighted with the quilt and all the other pieces her students have created for the exhibition.

"A lot of the ladies have never sewn before, they have done really well," said Mrs Pickering.
