College bands' end-of-term gig
YOUNG musicians at Lynn's College of West Anglia are holding an end-of-term gig – and there should be something to suit all musical tastes.
First-year students studying for a Diploma in Popular Music are holding the event from 7.30pm on Thursday (May 28) as part of their studies and everyone is welcome to attend.
A mixture of rock, pop, soul, heavy metal and hip hop will be served up by three bands on the two-year course called DISTORTIA, CHEESECAKE and JUST A COLOUR.
The gig is being held at the college's main hall at the Tennyson Avenue campus.
Entry costs 3 on the door and a soft drinks bar will be available.
