Hat-trick for parent company of KL.FM
Lynn-based KL.FM is a great to place to work – it’s official, especially since its parent company UKRD has just completed a hat-trick in the Best Companies to Work For charts published by The Sunday Times.
The commercial radio operator UKRD Group tops the Best Companies to Work For charts for the third consecutive year thanks to positive feedback from its staff, which number 275 across the UK.
Darren Taylor, managing director of KL.FM said: “I have always believed that the most important thing about KL.FM is the people who work for us. We do everything we can to make this a great place to work and we take staff development and well-being extremely seriously.
“I’m immensely proud of this achievement and proud that KL.FM’s staff have played their part in UKRD being recognised as the best company to work for in the UK for the third year in a row.”
UKRD is the fourth largest commercial radio operator in the country, which owns and runs 17 radio stations.
Since 2001 Best Companies have been responsible for survey organisation, analysis results and compiling the Best Companies to Work For list which The Sunday Times publishes.
In the survey employees are asked how they rate different aspects of the work including their managers, leadership, the company, personal growth and their team.
