A FUN-PACKED weekend is being organised to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

West Norfolk Council is working with groups in the town to organise a host of events for the Jubilee bank holiday in June.

Entertainment will be put on in Lynn town centre between Saturday and Wednesday, June 2 and 6. This has been funded by the council and Vancouver Quarter.

The Lions Fun Day will be held in The Walks on Sunday, June 3. This event will include a marching band, children’s entertainment and a dog show.

The launch of Festival Too will be brought forward to mark the Jubilee celebrations on Monday, June 4.

Fireworks and a host of entertainment will be put on along the riverside.
