West Norfolk nostalgia evening

SAXY cheese and orange paradiddle will be on the menu at a nostalgia evening on Wednesday (5) for those who remember West Norfolk's lively music scene in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.

The reunion dinner is being held at the Masonic Centre in North Lynn and is the second get-together to be arranged for the veteran musicians and their fans.

Organisers would like to drum up more ex-band members from yesteryear and anyone who would like to attend is asked to contact Geoff Stinton on 01553 761017, Roy Williamson on 07768 046456 or George King on 01553 761017.

Tickets cost 15.50 including a four- course meal. The reception will start at 7.15pm and the meal at 8pm.
