A TEAM of generous walkers have provided a welcome boost to the fundraising appeal for Katie Childs by completing a sponsored hike from Gaywood to Hunstanton.
Cindy Moulton was joined by son Ricky White, his girlfriend Masara Hardy and her sister Charmaine for the walk, which took around five hours to complete and raised around £700.

The money will go towards the For Katie Fund, which has been created to support five-year-old Katie Childs, of Fairstead, who is suffering from a life-threatening brain tumour.

Mrs Moulton, of Gaywood, said: "I read about Katie in the paper and decided this would be a good charity to walk for.

"We had some rain to start with ,but in the end it was fine."
