MORNING rush-hour traffic built up at one of Lynn's busiest junctions today (Tuesday) due to a burst water main.
A plume of water and flooding on the road near Lynn Library was reported at 4.30am and initially both carriageways of London Road were closed.

Repair work was under way within about an hour and the road was later reopened, although one lane remained closed to traffic until about lunchtime.

An Anglian Water spokesman said there was a minor temporary lapse in supply to some customers in the area, including homes in Railway Road.
