Overnight raid on Downham jeweller

A JEWELLERS' shop in Downham was targeted by burglars who stole necklaces and earrings from display cases during an overnight raid.
The burglary happened at Chimes Jewellers, on Market Place, overnight between Tuesday, September 30, and Wednesday, October 1, when the offenders made a forced entry to the store and stole jewellery including chains, gem sets, rings and pendants from the display cabinets.

Police are keen to speak to anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area between the times stated or from anyone who has information in relation to the property stolen.
