S Wootton road open again

CASTLE Rising Road in South Wootton will fully re-open this evening after works to alleviate flooding finished three weeks ahead of schedule.
Part of the road between the Wootton Road and Oak Avenue junctions was due to be closed for four weeks and have two-way traffic lights for a further two weeks after roadworks started on Monday, January 7.

But Norfolk Planning and Transport Partnership, which carried out the work, said it has finished ahead of schedule thanks to extra resources and mild weather conditions.
