AN alcoholic who touched a women's breast at a homeless hostel in Lynn has been given a 12-month conditional discharge after proving to a judge it was a one-off incident.
Richard Best (43), of St Matthew’s Housing Project, 92-92 London Road, Lynn, admitted sexually assaulting the woman in the garden of the hostel on November 3 last year when he appeared before Norwich Crown Court in March.

Judge Alasdair Darroch adjourned sentencing for five months until Tuesday to see if he committed any other offences.
