WEST Norfolk people can get active at The Rudhams this weekend.
West Norfolk Council’s sports roadshow will be offering residents the opportunity to try anything from football to fencing.

Roadshow co-ordinator Paul Brandon said: “The aim is to make sport more accessible. People can try something new or return to a sport they have enjoyed in the past.”

Activities will be centred around the village green in West Rudham. Tomorrow, there will be a chance to try keep fit, tennis, badminton, bowls and cricket. A mobile skate ramp will also be available.

Activities lined up for Sunday include a boulder climbing wall, fencing, football, table tennis and a leisurely cycle ride. Times and more information are available from Jane Watts, 01485 528595, or www.letsgetac tive.org.uk
