The Sense charity shop in Hunstanton is appealing for donations and volunteers during Deafblind Awareness Week (June 22-28).
It is calling for donations of new or second hand goods and needs volunteers in store to make a big difference to the lives of deafblind people and their families.
Elaine Roney, shop manager, said: “We’re asking the local community to help us raise vital funds by donating a bag of items they no longer need. We will turn them into invaluable support for the 250,000 people with both sight and hearing impairments in the UK.
“And we are always on the look-out for volunteers to lend a hand with running our shop.”
Drop off your items at the Sense charity shop on 34 High Street and contact Elaine on 01485 535 008 to find out how you can get involved.
