KING’S LYNN : Keeping Feet Fit week
Looking after your feet will stand you in good stead for the future is the message which will be put across to primary school youngsters during Keeping Feet Fit week which starts on Monday, March 25.
The Foot Care Centre in Lynn’s Tower Street in association with the Society of Shoe Fitters, is promoting the importance of good footcare and next week practioner Elizabeth Dutton, who founded and owns the business, will be visitng pupils at Clenchwarton Primary School.
She will be talking to children about the importance of looking after their feet properly with a range of activities designed to be fun but informative too.
“Here at The Foot Care Centre every year we get involved with this great cause, and we have a “Fun with Feet” book, which is aimed at schools for children aged from reception to year 6,” said Elizabeth.
To mark Keep Feet Fit week, The Foot Care Centre is also holding a one-day special nail cut, heel buff and foot measure on Tuesday March 26, from 10am until 2pm and everyone is welcome to go along.
