Audi dealership in King’s Lynn wins top award for customer service

Kings Lynn Audi, part of the Marriott Motor Group, were winners in the prestigious Audi Q Power awards.

The dealership won the award for customer quality and loyalty. Winners were announced during a trip to Lisbon for heads of business, directors and investors from across the Audi UK network. Marriott’s Audi brand director, Mark Dockerill and Marriott’s group operations director, Ian Woodward, received the award on behalf of the Lynn business.

The Q Power programme is how Audi rank excellence and measure performance across the whole of the Audi network. Each dealership is scored and ranked on ten key indicators including profitability, new sales, parts and accessories sales and staff certification. However the most important factors considered are customer satisfaction and loyalty.
