Anglia IT Solutions is delighted with the news that its services to the Royal household at Sandringham has been recognised with the award of the prestigious Royal Warrant.
The Swaffham-based firm, has become well-known for its services to businesses, organisations, schools and councils throughout East Anglia over the past ten years and, during the last five years, it has provided computer-related support to the Queen’s royal household.
Just before the Christmas holidays began, business owners Terry Windsor and Jason Crown received a letter confirming the prestigious accolade, “By Appointment to Her Majesty The Queen – Provider of IT Products and Support” had been granted to their business.
Terry said: “We have always given our best to every client and it has been at the heart of how we operate and do business in general, but when I opened the letter and read that our services had received the Royal Warrant after five years of providing IT services to Her Majesty’s Sandringham Estate, it was an prestigious accolade and a great piece of news to take into the Christmas break.”
Partner director Jason Crown, added: “Being granted the ‘By Appointment to Her Majesty The Queen’ is something we would not have imagined when Terry and I started Anglia IT.
“When we received the confirmation I was delighted for everyone in the company, as well as for Terry and myself, because it’s a real team effort that has brought Anglia IT Solutions ongoing success. Admittedly, it is somewhat ironic that the surnames Crown and Windsor are now associated with ‘By Appointment to Her Majesty The Queen’ but perhaps this was a portent of what transpired just before Christmas.”
Over the past ten years, Anglia IT Solutions has based its friendly and professional services on the ethos that IT systems should either save or make businesses money. It has built up a reputation for being the “go to” people, whatever IT need has to be met whether its a single PC, supplying the latest Cloud-based solutions or providing tailored IT business continuity services and support for any company or organisation.
From an original team of two – owners Jason Crown and Terry Windsor – the company continues to grow, and now employs 11 people locally.
