Lynn’s Learning Resources is celebrating winning an award for one of its educational toys and being selected as finalists for more accolades.

The company’s Hot Dogs Let’s Learn! Phonics All-in-One Starter Set has been chosen as the winner of the best educational toy 2013 in the Toy Talk Awards.

The gift set includes three books featuring 192 activities and a talking Hot Dogs pen. Reviewers selected the set as the winner as they felt it introduced important educational elements in an enjoyable way.

Three more educational toys created by the company based on Bergen Way, North Lynn Industiral Estate, have been selected as finalists in the Toy of the Year Awards.

Three products have been nominated and will be voted on by toy companies, retailers and consumers over the next few weeks.

Nominated in the educuational toy category is Nancy B’s Science Club Moonscope and Sky Gazer’s Activity Journal, a science tool for touring the night-time sky and visiting the stars.

There are two nominations for Learning Resources in the Pre-School category. These are the Dino Contruction Company which features a range of dinosaurs, and also Shelby’s Snack Shack counting game.
