Solicitors Ward Gethin Archer proudly showed off their new £800,000 purpose-built offices at North Lynn Industrial Estate at an open day on Tuesday.
The modern two-storey office at Regis Place, in a prominent position on the junction of Hamburg Way and Bergen Way, has been specially designed to provide the best possible working environment for clients and employees alike.
Managing partner, Chris Dewey, said that with its meeting rooms based on the ground floor it provided good access for disabled people and its out of town location gave clients more options.
“It’s bright and airy and affords a good working environment. It means that clients have more choices when they visit us. We are retaining our offices in Lynn’s Tuesday Market Place and are very much committed to being in the town centre,” said Mr Dewey.
The new office has just over 4,100 square feet of usable space, including three ground-floor general meeting rooms. Upstairs there is more office accommodation. In all 23 members of staff will be working at the new premises.
Mr Dewey said it had taken a year to go through the planning stage and six months for construction to be completed, which was carried out by Artisan (UK) Developments Ltd, a firm whcih specialises in developing modern, purpose-built business parks in East Anglia and the Midlands.
There is also free parking for clients at the Regis Place office, which is now the seventh office run by Ward Gethin Archer, its other offices being in Swaffham, Dereham, Watton, Ely and Heacham.
