Gold standard in Investors in People for firm with King’s Lynn office

websters, which is based in Cambridge, gained the IIP Standard in 2005 and silver status in June 2011.

In the UK, Investors in People is the most successful framework for business improvement through people. A Gold Standard Accreditation is the highest level of recognition that organisations can achieve. It is only given to those firms which are able to demonstrate a degree of excellence in the way they develop and support their staff and only seven per cent of accredited organisations currently hold this prestigious status.

Gary Eves, manager of the accounts and business tax team and who is based at the websters Lynn office, said: “I am delighted with the IIP award which reflects the fantastic work undertaken by the whole team and highlights that the investment made by the company in our staff is helping them meet the high standards that we set.”
