Anglia Country Inns, whose portfolio includes pubs and restaurants at Brancaster Staithe, has been shortlisted in the 2016 Publican Awards.

It has been shortlisted in the Best Food Offer category, which it has previously won twice in the past four years that it has achieved finalist status.

The Publican awards celebrate the achievements of leading pub companies across a range of categories that reflect the products and services on offer across the British Pub Estate. The Best Food Offer accolade is awarded to a company delivering a successful food offer across their estate, with food a key part of the company’s total sales.

The White Horse and The Jolly Sailors are both part of ACI’s estate, which includes four other establishments in Hertfordshire.

Said James Nye, managing director of ACI: “It is amazing to have been short listed again for the Best Food Offer.

“The whole team across the ACI estate put their hearts into the business and this is recognition of their incredible hard work. It was a seriously tough category this year and we were up against the best in the country.

“It is such an honour to have been named a finalist in the industry’s most sought after awards.”

Family-run ACI celebrates its twentieth year in 2016.
