Family-run firm West Norfolk Glass, based at Lynn’s Hardwick Narrows, is to feature in a national campaign by the Glass and Glazing Federation.

The company, which was formed in 1967, is the only glazing firm in the North West Norfolk region to be listed as part of the new industry initiative.

Aimed at consumers, myglazing.com aims to direct buyers towards members of the trade federation who have financial stability and have been trading for at least three years, employ trained professionals and abide by the GGF’s Consumer Code of Good Practice.

Said director Geoff Parker: “The GGF was founded in 1977, ten years after our father founded West Norfolk Glass, and we are proud to be members of the industry’s trade body.

“Although there are a number of glazing firms in the area, our membership of the GGF means that customers can buy double, triple and secondary glazing with confidence. We are delighted to be the only local supplier featured in the GGF’s myglazing.com initiative which guides consumers in their choice of glazing solutions.”

West Norfolk Glass is to hold an open day at its showroom in Hereford Way from 10am to noon on Saturday, April 16, when the company’s team will be on hand to demonstrate a range of its products.
