Lynn has been chosen as the place to expand an established beauty business whose owner was impressed by what the town had to offer.
Evolution Beautique was set up in Ely three-and-a-half years ago by Sonya Kirk, who is about to open a new salon and cosmetic clinic in the Vancouver Quarter on Saturday, July 4.
Sonya, who runs the business with partner Steve Hawkins, said: “When we opened in Ely, we quickly established a loyal client base with a friendly, welcoming team of therapists. As busy as our Ely salon is, we still wanted to expand the business and gain more space.
“We chose Lynn because on each visit we were impressed by the amount of parking, the quality and choice of shops in the town centre and the regeneration that has taken place in and around the Vancouver Quarter.”
The salon at 20 Broad Street, will be spread over two floors with two double, luxury treatment rooms, two tanning suites, four nail stations, four lash stations, a hair extension chair and a threading/ear piercing chair.
Jobs are set to be created as the business is recruiting for full and part time positions.
Many beauty treatments will be on offer, including nails, lash extension, spray tanning and sun beds, threading, tinting and waxing. The salon also specialises in semi-permanent make up and offers non-laser tattoo removal, plus it will have courses of treatment to help with acne.
To mark the opening, there will be special reduced prices on teeth whitening treatment using laser technology.
The salon can be contacted on 01553 766223.
