Lynn based firm Edmonton Estates has seen such a significant growth in business that it has taken on new recruits and expanded its office premises.
The firm, now in its fifth year of trading, last week took over a new suite offices at its base in St Ann’s House, St Ann’s Street.
And two new members of staff, property manager Andrew Carter and maintenance co-ordinator Donna Duell have joined directors Damien and Pamela Simone.
The firm has established itself in the Lynn lettings market since first starting up. Said Damien: “We have seen good year-on-year growth and we have doubled every year, with the exception of one. Business is going extremely well, and to meet the continually growing demand for our services, we have further expanded our office space and team.”
Last year saw the firm double in size following the acquisition of several large property portfolios in Lynn and Wisbech as well as continuing to attract local landlords with single properties.
Said Damien: “Our company’s bespoke property management package and fee structure are particularly popular with portfolio landlords who are looking for a cost effective long term solution. However, landlords with only one or two local properties can derive equal benefit from our services and we aim to ensure that all of our clients receive a professional service tailored to their requirements.”
