Middletons Steakhouse and Grill revealed its brand new look after a £100,000 refurbishment when it opened its doors on Good Friday.
The restaurant in the village of Middleton has undergone a major transformation of its interior.
Managing director Steve Hutton said: “We have given it a complete facelift. It’s much lighter, airier and crisper and now has a modern feel.” One of the key features of the facelift was the removal of a bar area in order to create a reception area.
Most of the furniture has been replaced and modern light fittings have been installed.
The refurbishment project has included redecoration throughout, new leather booth seating, plus sanding and varnishing of the floor, rewiring and the installation of a sound system. To finish the overall look, new artwork has been displayed and blinds have been fitted.
The restaurant at Middleton opened five years ago and since then the chain has increased with more opening in Norwich, Watford, Colchester and Milton Keynes. A further restaurant is due to open in Leicester at the end of the summer.
