Setting up a showroom in Lynn town centre has proved to be a smart business move for West Norfolk firm MG Building Maintenance.

It moved into its Norfolk Street premises at the end of December, having previously been based at the home of proprietor Mark Gilboy, in Gayton.

His partner, Emma Boon, is the office manager at the showroom and there are seven others in the team. Said Mark: “We thought if we had an office in town, it would give people easier access to us. It’s been a good move, has helped business and feedback has been very positive. Customers are pleased they can have direct contact with us.” MG Building Maintenance carries out maintenance, new builds, renovations and refurbishments for both domestic and commercial customers. It holds accreditations for Constructionline, Chas and Safe Contractor.
