Start up event at Gaywood Library for business newcomers

Entrepreneurs who are thinking about setting up their own business can go along to Gaywood Library next week to meet experts on hand to give advice and guidance.

The business start-up event will be held on Thursday, from 10am until 2pm.

Representatives from local businesses will be there to share their stories and there will be advisors to show people how to get started on a new career.

Gaywood Library manager Helen Senior said: “This is a great opportunity for anyone who has an idea for a business to get some first hand experience from people who have already done it. We want to show people that it can be done and inspire them to try and pursue their ideas.”

Businesses confirmed to attend are Serenity’s Beauty Salon, Samueljacks T shirt shop, Coriander and Lime (10-12pm) Indian food caterer and catering school, Riarmato Productions – photography, New Horizons- holistic/alternative therapy, Celebrations – cake shop, Rosalyn Langley - Lynn business support.
