The company which is carrying out work to change the face of Lynn’s Hillington Square for Freebridge Community Housing has won a top industry award for its exceptional standards of people management.
Lovell, which is carrying out the major regeneration programme , was chosen to win the Excellence in Reward and Recognition category in the annual Investors in the People Awards 2015. The awards received more than 400 entries from organisations working in a variety of sectors around the world and celebrate the best people management practices among Investor in People accredited bsuinesses. The category which Lovell won recognises commitment to people plus an exceptional employee recognition strategy. The result was announced at a ceremony held in the grounds of the Tower of London.
Lovell regional director Simon Medler said: “This is an amazing achievement and one which highlights the talent, dedication and hard work of our team. ”
