A Norfolk-based bed company are refusing to rest on their laurels after expanding its business to Wolferton. The Wrought Iron and Brass Bed Company has launched its new powder coating facility on Marsh Farm.

The ribbon cutting ceremony was attended by North West Norfolk MP Sir Henry Bellingham and Sandringham land agent Marcus O’Lone on Friday.

The family-run business, which is based in Shernborne, hand-makes all of its bespoke products with metal sourced from within the UK.

Sir Henry said: “I’m a big supporter of small businesses which are the lifeblood of rural economy.

“This is a dynamic business which we certainly need more of and it is great to see such a successful rural business go from strength to strength.”
